Increasingly rich in contents and interesting, the White edition that opened up the fashion season this past 14 January, with the participation of 270 contemporary brands (+18% over the previous year), including both men’s and women’s, presented a preview of the Fall/Winter 2017-18 fashion trends to more than 10 thousand visitors.

As an expression of the intense international scouting activities undertaken by the event’s organizational entity MSeventy over the course of the year, White saw the participation of a growing number of women’s collections, equal to 197 brands, underlining the need, not only for important designer labels, but also for other businesses to propose their new collections ahead of time, to the advantage, above all, of foreign buyers.

White also confirmed at this edition its strategic alliance with important players in Italian fashion, like CNMI – the National Chamber of Italian Fashion and, for the second year in a row, with Revolver, the leading show for fashion in the Scandinavian area. In fact, 12 brands of Scandinavian origin were present, including special guest Wood Wood, which proposed its first fashion show to be held in Milan on Monday, 16 January, the last day of the event.

Moreover, at the Superstudio Lounge, there was a continuation of the project “Tradition, Value, and Beauty”, realized in collaboration with CNA Federmoda, which reunited a group of Italian artisanal businesses.
