The choice of new openings went to Rome, where two new stores will soon join the 3 already existing ones, and Molfetta: these are the three openings scheduled for 2019 in Italy. The stores will extend across a surface area of around 150/160 square metres each, hosting the brand’s men’s, women’s, and children’s collections.

Skechers currently counts 25 stores in Italy, 15 of which are in franchising and 10 of which are fully owned and located in Italy’s main outlet centres. It is also distributed by 1000 customers to 1600 stores with a multibrand offering of footwear. Today, the American brand’s strategy for Italy is to develop its presence in specialised men’s, women’s, and children’s stores, as well as in the apparel channel.
