For the first time, China Fashion Week introduced children’s fashion and entrusted the luxury brand Quis Quis by Stefano Cavalleri with the honour of wrapping up the Shanghai fashion fair with a fashion show/event.
Sixty children were the protagonists on the runway, accompanied by a medley of 25 different versions of the song “Nel blu dipinto di blu”, between plays of light and delicate smoke effects, recreating a striking meeting between dream and reality, Italian culture and Chinese modernity.
The Chinese star, Huang Yi, together with her daughter, inaugurated the runway by wearing the exclusive outfits of the collection: for the first time, mother and daughter were dressed in the same creations by Quis Quis.
