From summer 2023 the Makra footwear collection will be expanded with the introduction of three new models, each designed to meet the demands of different alpine activities – from demanding hikes to via ferrata tours with glacier passages.

We have the Makra Pro GTX, an all-round cramponable, lightweight and robust model, perfect for demanding alpine tours that involve crossing glaciers and rocky sections. PU midsole in the heel area for perfect cushioning and EVA in the forefoot for precision.

Then there is the Makra Pro Low GTX, a flexible and robust approach shoe for demanding terrain, offering optimal cushioning at the heel and high edge grip on rough terrain.

Finally, we find the Makra Trek GTX, a trekking boot with a sporty design and a lightweight and very comfortable sole. The ideal solution for the most demanding alpine hikes with a lightweight backpack up to 3,000 metres.
