Thus, the next edition is scheduled from 10 to 13 June:  during these days of exhibition, the Palafiere of Riva del Garda will present the selection of more than 1,400 exhibitors, while also hosting an estimated 13 thousand visitors, in a trend similar to previous editions.

The offer and demand of the fair will be of absolute international scope:  the former will feature European businesses, Asian producers, and South American brands.  Instead, the latter will be made up by a “core consumer base” of visitors that includes buyers and chains from Central and Southern Europe, which are interested above all in low-cost products with a long lifetime; together with buyers from Northern Europe, who represent a consumer base that makes 80% of their purchases online, while favouring in particular the fashion aspect of the product.

expo-riva-2The diversified offer and international scope of the event will also be highlighted by the Expo Riva Schuh project, Around the World, the promotional road show for presenting the event and its contents to the most promising and strategic markets worldwide, which was kicked off with its first stopover in South Africa.

Another special trait of Expo Riva Schuh is its proactivity and ability to take the latest trends currently underway in worldwide production and distribution and transform them into business opportunities.

expo-riva-3It is exactly with the reinforcement of this vocation in mind that Expo Riva Schuh will promote a discussion dedicated to the sector’s “hottest topics” as part of its inaugural debate, with the contribution of specialists and representatives from the world of production.  Among the topics under discussion, one of the most relevant will be that of e-commerce’s debut into the world of footwear, which has led to a realignment of the balance between retail and wholesale.  A digital revolution that affects also the trade fair industry, which is called upon today to offer services that are increasingly customized and on-demand in a constructive play between online and offline activities.  Production, fashion, business, and e-commerce:  this and much more at the 88th edition of Expo Riva Schuh, the event that “looks to the future, backed by a strong historical course, which has given life to a well-defined identity and an international outlook”.
