Born in 1987, with a Bachelor’s in Business and Economics, Elisa Lanciotti works for the footwear company owned by her family, Calzaturificio Lanza in Montegranaro (FM), managing sales in foreign markets.
Innovation, cohesion, and training: this is the formula that will guide the programme of the newly elected President, which was also key to getting her elected by her colleagues. In particular, workshop-related activities will play a primary role, touching upon themes like technological innovation, digital innovations in production processes and in relationships with customers, marketing, and women entrepreneurs. Another fundamental point will be that of ensuring a greater integration of youths into the different trade associations, while also looking to industry 4.0 systems, thus continuing with the work already set into motion by her predecessor Carlotta Bachini.
Next to Elisa Lanciotti there will also be four Vice Presidents: Federico Bellò from Calzaturificio Bellò in Vigonovo (VE); Sara Cuccu from Loriblu in Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM); Anna Fidenza from Condor Trade in Verolanuova (BS); and Umberto Portogallo from Calzaturificio Florence in Aversa (CE).
