Created way back in 1897 by Giuseppe Garbuio and always at the side of epic expeditions to conquer the world’s peaks, Dolomite proudly announces that its Carezza WP model has won the prestigious ISPO Award 2023 in the Lifestyle/Athleisure category. Made of breathable recycled knitwear and already the star of last summer, Carezza Wp is enriched with a waterproof membrane, 50% recycled, to offer total protection.

Also in the collection is Carezza Leather, a light and comfortable shoe, ideal during everyday adventures, made from a careful selection of recycled and bio-based materials. The upper, in fact, is made of sustainable suede leather, LWG (Leather Working Group) certified, able to offer breathability and lightness while adhering perfectly to the wearer’s foot. The laces, footbed and sole are also made from certified recycled and bio-based materials. Each element of Carezza has been designed after an accurate anatomical study, with the intention of offering maximum comfort, combined with lightness and performance.

The midsole, with its contemporary and sporty look, is made of 30% recycled EVA and offers excellent cushioning on any terrain. The tread, made with 15% bio-based components, is characterised by three different functional areas, highlighted by three different colour solutions: one area dedicated to grip and traction, one to flexibility and stability, and finally, the central “S” channel, to lightness. The Carezza model, in the women’s version, has been designed and manufactured specifically to offer a comfortable fit and specifically designed for women’s feet.
