From 22 to 25 September, Italian and international contemporary fashion return to Milan as the protagonist with ‘White Woman & Accessories’, which will present the offer for the Spring Summer 2018 of more than 500 brands in the via Tortona Fashion District. At Superstudio + Via Tortona 27, avant-garde and high profile collections will be featured, with the most experimental designs proposed in the Basement and in the areas reserved for special guests.

In via Tortona 54, instead, in the striking post-industrial spaces of the ex-Ansaldo factory, casualwear accessories and apparel with a trendy and contemporary style will be the protagonists. On the ground floor in the Yellow Area, in particular, buyers will find a selection of collections with an interesting “easy to buy” price.

Finally, at the Hotel NHow in via Tortona 35, trendy feminine collections alongside timeless ones revamped in a contemporary key will be showcased, together with a lounge reserved for buyers and the press.

At this edition of White, the focus will be on Portugal at the Special Areas in Tortona27, where five stylists (Carla Pontes, Katty Xiomara, Luis Buchinho, Pé de Chumbo and Pedro Pedro) will proudly hold high the Made in Portugal flag.

Handmade items, as the crowning glory of Italian fashion, will instead be the leading theme in the two areas realized in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese – WHITE ARTISAN LOUNGE (Tortona 27) and WHITE STUDIO (Tortona 54).  Among the expert craftspeople on show will be those debuting for the very first time with their own label, like Pourquoi me and Yesicily, while others will exhibit already established brands like Alex, Anna Siciliano, Giorgio Fabiani, Giovanna Nicolai, Laura di Maggio, Le Dangerouge, Patrizia Pozzato, Sergio Amaranti, Shamur and Valentino Orlandi. WHITE STUDIO will instead present 11 recently launched Italian fashion houses, brought to light by international contests and the most prestigious fashion weeks worldwide, with the support of nine top Italian retailers that include Bernardelli from Mantua, Penelope from Brescia, Le Noir from Treviso and Giglio from Palermo.

Moreover, now in its third edition is the Showroom project Les Belges, which will feature the creativity of the Belgium designers Annemie Verbeke, Gioia Seghers, Moutton colleT, My Bob and Passerin.

ssheena-3Not to be overlooked is the special guest of this edition of the Show: designer Sabrina Mandelli with her brand SSHEENA will be the protagonist of an ‘urban catwalk’. From Sala delle Cariatidi at the Palazzo Reale to Piazza Duomo, the entire city will be involved in the brand’s fashion show.
