The traditional appointment with the Parisian trade shows, Who’s Next and Première Classe, which have always been merged into one sole event that ranges from apparel to footwear, leather goods, and fashion accessories, is renewed.

As always, Porte de Versailles is the exhibition complex of reference in hosting the many facets of the Première Classe show, with accessories as its main protagonists. The Fall/Winter 2018-19 season was accordingly presented, with shoes and bags highlighting the key features, proposing a series of extremely interesting collections to a public coming not only from France and Europe, but also Japan, China, America, etc…. In other words, a little bit of the entire world.

The leading theme of this edition was music, first soothing, then aggressive, and always striking, just like the collections proposed, which also included scarves, hats, and costume jewellery. For footwear, especially noteworthy was the presence of brands like Azurée, Barleycorn, Café Noir, D.A.T.E., Bensimon, Gioseppo, Guess, Karl Lagerfeld, M.Moustache, Manas, Meduse, Melissa, Palladium, Pataugas, Papucei, Steve Madden, Tosca Blu etc… while leading names in leather goods included Italian firms like Alchimia, Roberta Ganfolfi, Innué, Andrea Cardone, and Io Pelle Italia.

The next edition of Who’s Next/Première Classe will be held from 7 to 10 September 2018, while in June, the organisers will launch a new show entitled Nom de code June, which intends to reply to the demand of brands to align themselves with the timetable of pre-collection presentations that is especially relevant in the summer season.
