This is the announcement of the Fashion Network, which comments that the final amount of the transaction has not yet been released. What is known is that The Flexx, after its distributor was purchased in the USA, intends to focus on international markets and distribution channels with this transaction, also in light of the positions currently held by the NR Rapisardi brand.

Rapisardi possesses three flagship stores located in Florence, Forte dei Marmi and Doha in Qatar. It is also distributed by a network of around one hundred mid to high-end multibrand clothing and footwear stores in Europe, Asia, and Canada.

The Flexx is instead distributed by specialised footwear stores and department stores in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. With 7 directly-owned flagship stores and one about to open in Merano, several other openings will occur by the end of the year, with one of them maybe even destined for the Rapisardi brand.

The Flexx’s annual sales revenue is around 30 million euros, with a turnover of 3 million, while Rapisardi’s revenue is around 6 million euros annually.
