It is here that the new headquarters of the brand will be established, with an outlet, management offices, and new logistic facilities.
Having ended 2016 with a turnover of 209 million euro, of which 20% was generated abroad, NeroGiardini preferred to remain in Italy rather than outsource: a network of 18 companies from Marches and one from Abruzzo are part of the group that employs a total of 2,600 collaborators, of which 400 are direct employees. “Even if labour costs are higher here than elsewhere, the value of Made in Italy is undoubtedly higher”, comments Enrico Bracalente.
The investment in Campiglione is flanked by a further investment of 5 million euro that goes to the reinforcement of the operations hub in Girola, which is located at a distance of less than a kilometre from the new area.
