Cipolloni leaves one of the most important international retail realities in footwear and leather goods behind him: under his leadership, PittaRosso, from 2011 to today, quadrupled its retail sales and increased its store numbers from 53 to 240 stores to be opened by the end of 2018.

The mission of Marcello Pace will be that of continuing with the company’s plans for expansion in Italy and abroad: “I would like to thank Alessandro Benetton and Lion Capital for the trust they have placed in me – comments the new CEO – And I would like to thank Andrea Cipolloni, because he passed the baton of a healthy and dynamic company to me, which has gone through a strong period of development in recent years. I will be committed to continuing in this direction of growth, with the aim of making PittaRosso an increasingly strong and international brand. I will put all my energy and expertise into it, but I know I can also rely on the dedication and abilities of all the people who work for PittaRosso”.
