IFEMA, in collaboration with the FICE – Federation of Spanish Footwear Industries, launches a new event dedicated to ‘Made in Spain’ footwear, which will make its debut next year from 1 to 3 March in the striking location of La N@ve, a post-industrial style site in Madrid: we’re speaking of none other than Shoesroom, the Exhibition with a name that speaks for itself, which proposes itself to members of the trade with a showroom format. This format, in fact, allows for low cost investments by participating brands and the same modular and contemporary decoration for all exhibitors, which capably promotes the product and the entire collection.
Shoesroom by Momad will be an innovative project focused on Made in Spain quality products, with an eye to sustainability, while involving both established and emerging brands. The aim is to promote the purchase of Spanish footwear in the domestic market, while contributing to the internationalisation of Spanish footwear production, also thanks to activities aimed at involving foreign buyers coming from five continents. Thus, there all the ingredients needed to ensure its debut is a resounding success, in a location that is extremely appealing: the former Boetticher factory, a revamped space located just a few minutes from the centre of Madrid, which is well connected by public transport and especially with both metro lines of Metro Line 3, with easy access to highway exits (only 10 minutes by car from Atocha – Renfe).
