PYSIS – Protect Your Shoes in Style is a really new concept, overboots to cover and protect any type of footwear from weather conditions

Women who live in New York well know how difficult it is to adapt footwear to all the various circumstances of work and private life in a single day. Sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it pours with rain, then even snow and ice can cover the city. In the morning you look out of the window wondering if those high heels you just bought might be right or to pop the new ballerinas in your bag and wear boots to face the weather. Dilemmas that Cassandra Droogan faced in her previous career as a corporate banker.

When I was left unemployed in 2007 I decided to launch into the business world but first I blew my savings in travel and adventure looking for the right idea. Then, once back in New York, from the shelter of my car I watched women on the city streets coping with a downpour of rain. They didn’t know what to do to save their shoes from the puddles. That’s the idea! – I said to myself

Hence the first prototypes of PYSIS, the “boots” that can be worn over any type of woman’s shoe, even with high heels. The carefully designed rubber sole and special fasten make the models ultra protective and easy to wear. Then, once under cover and out of the elements you can slip off the boots, fold them up and put them back into the little bag which comes free when you buy them.

Not forgetting that these “over boots” are also good looking and original. So from now on, not just in New York but in any city in the world, women can feel free to indulge their fashion sense and wear those new shoes even if it rains or snows.
