Present for many years as an exhibitor at the international trade fair Expo Riva Schuh, Globo B.V. is a company with a long tradition and expertise, founded in 1988 in the heart of the shoe industry in Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands, which at the time was started by a group of Brazilian manufacturers. Today, the company successfully works on behalf of third parties and with its own brand, producing high-quality comfort and fashion shoes for large and medium-sized retail chains.
Starting in 2025, thanks to the collaboration between Globo BV and Modexport, the two companies will together be able to offer greater production and distribution flexibility, responding to the needs of both large footwear chains – which remain Globo BV’s core business – and small retailers and boutiques, with collections with a refined and feminine taste for the European market. This sets the stage for an expansion of the customer base that can count on the additional services offered by Modexport for small retailers, as well as DDP deliveries through Globo.

All production is concentrated in experienced factories in Brazil, but thanks to our headquarters in Holland, and a new branch in France, we are able to respond quickly to the needs of European distribution’.

We assist customers at every stage of the production process – from sourcing, to development, to production – and this has allowed us to work with several premium brands and in different markets, reacting quickly to the changes taking place. Together with Globo BV we will strengthen our presence in Europe’.
