A loyal employee of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi for many years now, she faces every day at work with a passion and commitment that has remained unchanged over time. This is the quality she was recognised for by the Saint Crispino and Crispiniano National Consortium, which, this past 26 October during the 39th Devotion to Work awards, decided to grant her the honour of donning the mantle, a symbol of job dedication, as a special award.
Monica Chemini was born in Verona in 1968. After some initial stints in the silverware industry, in 2000, she became part of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, first as a collaborator, and subsequently as an employee in the Administrative Offices right from the start. A role that has grown and evolved over time to also include other events curated by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi.
So, how did she feel about donning the mantle? “There is no doubt that it is an extremely important honour for me, – she confides to Fotoshoe – not only because it recognises my job dedication, but also because it brings me even closer to the footwear industry and to the people who are a part of it: people who I have learned to appreciate and in many cases even become friends with over the years”.
