With around 600 brands, representing over 400 exhibitors, Gallery SHOES presents the Fall/Winter 2020-21 season in the Areal Böhler at Düsseldorf, offering once again a full overview of the markets trends in men’s, women’s, and children’s footwear. The event, which by now has carved out a role of primary importance for itself among the international trade fairs of reference, is also enriched at the same by new collateral events, and more live shows and forums onto new trends, while Altes Kesselhaus, with its industrial boilers, is transformed into a multifunctional hall for all the media events, while also serving at the same time as the ideal backdrop for fashion shows. The fair expects to see the participation of professional visitors from around the world, including especially those from Benelux countries, Russia, the USA, Scandinavia and southern Europe.

The German footwear industry will also be well-represented at the Show: for example, the new men’s brand Pius Gabor will be present with its stand joining that of Gabor; and Camel Active will be back under a new licensee. Among the changes to be made to this new edition, there is the change of location for the shows and media events in the large hall of the ‘Kesselhaus’, right next to the main registration area”.

At this edition, Gallery SHOES once again confirms its division into different segments – PREMIUM, URBAN, CONTEMPORARY, COMFORT and KIDS, while at the same time, dedicating a special focus to the further development of the event in combination with its sister fair Gallery FASHION.

The programme of collateral events will also be reinforced with fashion shows taking place twice daily at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with the Gallery SHOES Selected Show dedicated to the most important trends in different sectors, and other additional events dedicated to fashion trends and the market.

The Contemporary zone stretches across a total of four different halls and will be showcasing a raft of new brands such as SANO (MEPHISTO) from France, WERNER 1911 from Germany and PHENUMB COPENHAGEN from Denmark. Returning brands include BRUNO PREMI, GALIZIO TORRESI and STRAFFORD from Italy, Spanish label BRENDA ZARO, German brands like DIGEL THE MENSWEAR CONCEPT, LOWA SPORTSCHUHE and SOFTCLOX, as well as BEARPAW EUROPE from the Netherlands.

New exhibitors like STEVEN NEW YORK from the Netherlands, the lifestyle line of STEVE MADDEN or BUENO from Germany are instead present in the Urban zone in a separate area in the Alte Schmiedehallen. Always in the Urban zone, we find BLUNDSTONE from Australia, which celebrates its 150th anniversary, PALLADIUM from France, WODEN from Denmark and the Canadian brand PAJAR CANADA.

In the Premium zone, new brands in the high-end range are proposed in “Cold Steel Hall” and include the Italian brands LORIBLU, LA CABALA, the second brand of AGL – ATTILIO GIUSTI LEOMBRUNI, and MORESCHI. We also find bags and the high quality accessories of SADDLER from Sweden, and premium brands like ELIA MAURIZI, CORVARI, DUCANERO and GIORGIO 1958 from Italy, STEFFEN SCHRAUT from Germany, WHAT FOR from France, and GARMENT PROJEKT from Denmark.

A special place at the show is instead reserved for the Kids’ zone, with the new entries of prestigious and trendy names like CHIARA FERRAGNI and DATE, the German brands ELEFANTEN and LEMMY and YOUNG SOLES from the UK. There are also brands of reference like MOMINO and NATURINO from Italy, BISGAARD and TELYOH from Portugal, CLIC!, GIOSEPPO and UNISA from Spain, RED RAG from the Netherlands, FRODDO from Croatia, BUNDGAARD from Denmark, and LEVI’S KIDS from the United States.

Last, but not least, is the Comfort zone, which sees the first-time participation of brands like the Spanish BIOBIOFOOTWEAR and DR. FEET and INGREEN from Croatia, the return of MARC SHOES from Germany as well as that of FIDELIO, LIVING KITZBÜHEL from Austria, and numerous German brands like BERKEMANN, CARL SEMLER SCHUHFABRIK, CHRISTIAN DIETZ, FINN COMFORT, and JOMOS SCHUHFABRIK.
