For the 2016 spring/summer, a new footwear brand will be introduced on the luxury fashion market. The sophisticated creations by Arnaa Milano are elegant, innovative and playful.

This line of sophisticated shoes with a retro look will appear on the luxury scene in early 2016 and comes from the creative mind of a designer with a strong but somewhat romantic personality, Farah Sultan who lives in Oman, in the Middle East. After graduating in Design Management, she worked for over a decade in design until she decided to move to Milan to attend a footwear pattern- making course at ARSUTORIA School. With her colourful and playful creations, Farah Sultan takes us back to the 1920s paying homage to the illustrations by Helen Dryden published on the covers of Vogue magazine. Her first collection has a decidedly retro-romantic look with a contemporary twist made unique by a palette of bright colours featuring black and white details decorated with flowers, leaves and embroidery. She proposes sandals made of soft shiny leather, pumps featuring floral embroidery, open-toe court shoes with curved heels, but the real stars of this first season will be the forms inspired by the 1950s with original colour schemes. The use of the finest materials together with Italian craftsmanship reflects great skill and precision and excellence in all its forms.
