AnyPlan is a new application that allows better organisation of multiple meetings during a trade show, both for exhibitors and visitors.

The application was designed and created by Honegger: with strong experience and know-how gained in over 45 years of activity in the field of trade show marketing, as well as the promotion and organisation of multi-sector shows in the world, the company has created AnyPlan, a unique tool that allows users to create their own customised program of fairs and events. This app allows users to optimise their time when planning meetings, whether individual or group. In fact, with just one click, they can share their availability with other users already registered in the database, but also with their clients, selecting them directly from the list of contacts present in their phone. The recipients, if interested, can confirm the date and time according to their own availability. This confirmation will appear directly in the agenda of the AnyPlan app.

Through AnyPlan, everything is fully optimised: the “Create Custom Meeting” function also allows users to send invitations for a specific date and time during an event, filling all the free days in the agenda.

AnyPlan now includes a database of over 4,000 shows and events worldwide, divided by product sectors. Currently available in six languages (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese), it will soon be downloadable in Arabic, Chinese and Russian.
