A revenue of 1,947 million reals (440.5 million euros), up + 8.6% compared to the same fiscal period of the previous year, with profits calculated at 72.6 million reals (16.4 million euros) for a -44.7% drop-off in profit. These are the figures recorded during the first 6 months of 2019 by Alpargatas.

As to the markets, sales rose by +11.2% in Brazil and by +15.1% in foreign markets.

The company has also reinforced its presence in Asia by opening a branch in China and launching Havaianas on Tmall, the Alibaba group platform, and on the Indian e-commerce platform, Myntra.
