In fact, notwithstanding the fact that it does not follow any of the logic of the market, not only does it resist, but it also prospers.

To celebrate this winning philosophy, TooDog presents Rough Ride Signature, a collection of footwear made from canvas and proposed in five chromatic tones, each with its very own name: tobacco Dune Baggy, indigo Blue Drummer, the red of Red Rooster, ochre of Mellow Yellow and black of Black Bird. With a characteristic used look resulting from the top secret and natural finishes developed in collaboration with the University of Modena, the collection features vanilla-perfumed latex soles and brass eyelets. Made by hand by expert artisans, Rough Ride shoes are 100% ecological, as well as charitable in their endeavours, since they support the campaigns of United for Africa and United for Tibetan, and the Association for Human Rights and Tolerance NGO.

“Rough Ride, a rough journey – comments Gianluca Piroli, owner and designer of the brand – because we decided to follow the most difficult strategy one could undertake by interacting directly with our customers, without any intermediaries, right to the point, without showrooms, agents, or retailers… We returned to the Stone Age with this product, because we believe that genuine luxury is having objects that are one-of-a-kind pieces, which are difficult to find through mainstream distribution channels”.
