The brand of gym shoes with vulcanized soles, which have been a cult classic since 1911, with the opening of a new store at rue du Temple 12 in Paris, will make its debut on the French market. The Fashion Network reports that the store will open its doors in July, extending across a surface of 50 square metres, while hosting the brand’s men’s, women’s and children’s collections.

For Superga, this is just the first step in a retail project that has sets its sights on the market beyond the Alps: although this brand in the Basic Net portfolio (which also includes Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, K-way, Sabelt, Briko and Sebago) is not the highest performing of the brands (this honour goes to Kappa), it is still recording results that are on the rise. As of today, Superga has a network of 274 flagship stores, of which 56 are Italian.
