Lite Train is the first shoe designed specifically for mountain training. Light, aggressive and versatile – Lite Train was designed to offer the best performances to those who train in the mountains. Developed in cooperation with MICHELIN® Technical Soles, this shoe is the ideal balance point among performances, grip and lightness. Lite Train is also the first shoe to use the 3F Total System solution that extends the famous SALEWA 3F System to the shoe’s lacing area in order to guarantee the best support for the midfoot and ensure a precise fit. The sole developed by MICHELIN® exclusively for SALEWA gives a distinctive touch to Lite Train. Made with the special Outdoor Compound, the design of the Lite Train sole is inspired by MICHELIN® mountain bike tyres, with an aggressive outsole that ensures the greatest control also on a soft and irregular surface, in particular during the slope-crossing passages, that is on sloping surfaces, when the foothold is mainly lateral. The flexible longitudinal grooves ensure the greatest adaptability on different types of surfaces, while the very good drainage adds an auto-cleaning function to the shoe.
