For the new 2020 summer season, Pollini looks for inspiration in its rich historic archive for dressing the feet of men and women with style and personality, both day and night. Thus, there is a return of iconic models and details dating back as far as 1953, the founding year of the brand, with the revival of the “riding” boot, the “Daytona”, “broguering” workmanship, the “snaffle” and the “buckle”. This is how exquisite leathers are re-elaborated, like buffalo and plain or drummed calfskin, through check straw inserts and mini perforations. The shapes alternate squared toes and streamlined silhouettes, while the sole stands out for the two-tone ‘chocolate cream’ insert, which is exclusively made by inserting a coloured and contrasting midsole between the embossed welt and the leather sole.
