The appointment with the best proposals offered by the Spanish and international footwear industries will be held in Madrid from 2 to 4 March, at the IFEMA-Feria de Madrid exhibition complex, as part of the fifth edition of MOMAD Shoes. The protagonists will be the new collections for Fall/Winter 2018-19, in the spirit of fashion, design, and innovation.

The Madrid showcase will accordingly be held in Halls 4 and 6 of the complex, with a clear division according to product type that has been studied to optimise the visit of industry professionals.

Hall 4 will host the Espacio Metro, a distinct area dedicated to the leading and most well-established brands of footwear and bags, while the Casual area will feature informal, urban, and comfort apparel. Always in Hall 4, the EGO area will showcase emerging brands, while Contemporáneo will present businesses that are characterised by a traditional and artisanal style. The Urban & Young section, dedicated to the most urban and sporty footwear and accessories, will instead be hosted in Hall 6.

The area connecting the two halls will feature the Kids section, which will be animated by colour and the cutting-edge fantasy of brands and footwear for the littlest set.

Finally, the Sustainable Experience area will reunite the most eco-friendly ‘green’ footwear proposals, with products and processes that are designed to respect mankind and the environment.

Next to the business side of things, MOMAD Shoes will also propose a vast range of activities aimed at enriching the experience of the visitor, including not only the Forum dedicated to the discussion of the most relevant sector themes, but also live fashion shows and innovative projects like MOMAD 4.0, the platform dedicated to retail solutions.

A series of shows and areas for relaxation and dining will complete the offering of the next edition of Momad Shoes, the platform that reunites new trends, industry, and business.
