Two traditions, one Mediterranean and the other Indian, come together in order to give life to a splendid collection of footwear. The first is represented by the extraordinary creator of footwear, Christian Louboutin, while the latter is represented by Indian stylist Sabyasachi Mukherjee: their collaboration first began in 2015, when the footwear maison designed the shoes for the fashion show of Sabyasachi in Mumbai, and continued with the co-production of bags.

The previous collaborations must have been very enjoyable for the two designers, since they returned to create a footwear capsule collection together. The proposal features 15 unique models made using six hand-embroidered sari fabrics that adorn boots, pumps, mules, open-toe shoes, and boots for her and moccasins for him.

For now, the capsule collection can be found in seven select boutiques worldwide: Tokyo, Shanghai Hong Kong, Dubai, Paris, London, and Los Angeles.
