It’s Great Out ThereOutdoor industry giants join forces to launch a coalition aimed at encouraging the public to get more active.
The new “It’s Great Out There” coalition will build on the success of the campaign launched in 2015 by the European Outdoor Group (EOG) which reached millions of people.
A dozen of the world’s biggest outdoor companies have joined forces to launch an even bigger initiative aimed at encouraging the public to get more active. Led by the EOG and based in Brussels, the non-profit association wants to respond to the inactivity epidemic facing Europe. The organisation will be: the voice of the outdoor sector at the European Parliament; lead the different campaigns that will be organised across Europe to encourage citizens to engage in more outdoor activities; provide funding support to the various initiatives that meet the same objectives of the coalition.
