ISPO Digitize represented the true novelty of the German fair dedicated especially to winter sports. An area that has had the courage to look at the future, investigating all the news that are gradually digitalizing the sports and fashion world, both in terms of retail sales and development, production and product marketing. Among the 2,801 exhibitors at the ISPO fair were present not only brands related to the snow world, but also some involved in the outdoor, wellness and fitness sectors. Above all, Outdoor proved to be a world of great growth, as demonstrated by the words of Klaus Dittrich, CEO of Messe München: “Over the years the meaning of the word outdoor has undergone many changes. Today the term obviously involves the mountain world, but also water sports, running, fitness and eventually, we could even insert a certain fashion type”.
All the innovations presented in Bavaria have decreed the success of the 2018 edition that has hosted 84 thousand sector operators coming from 120 countries.
The News in sight for the 2019 edition will be the increase of the available exhibition space as Messe München will open two new spaces (Hall C5 and C6) for a total of 18 pavilions. News that can be appreciated from 3 to 6 February 2019, days in which the next ISPO Münich will take place.
