Founded in 1977 as the brainchild of two brothers, Graziano and Mario Grigolato, as a company specialized in the artisanal production of trekking shoes for leisure time, over the years, Grisport successfully embarked upon a new adventure in the world of Safety, enriching safety footwear with the special features of athletic shoes, making them more lightweight and comfortable.
Among the new products on offer for the Safety sector, we find the Cross Line, which offers an excellent grip, ultralight feel, and water resistance. The special structure of the Total Grip rubber sole allows for greater safety on different kinds of surfaces, while the fiberglass toe-cap, which conforms to safety standards, is the lightest toe-cap, followed by composite and steel.
Other special features include a complete absence of metal parts, thereby making it undetectable by metal detectors, a highly breathable lining, as well as a breathable upper, which is resistant to tearing and abrasion, with greater visibility, thanks to the reflective and luminescent treatment.
We then have the STS line, which thanks to the new design technology used for the sole and breathable perforated toe-cap, is enriched by a sporty feel and lightness that maintains intact the same features of safety and comfort.
Finally, the Bionik Line is designed for extremely cold temperatures, as well as moist/wet environments, and is characterized by safety, sturdiness, lightness, water resistance, and comfort. Its ergonomic shape is designed and approved for any type of foot, thus providing comfort and a perfect fit, while the 60/50 GRI toe-cap is composite: athermic, nonmagnetic, anticorrosive, electrically insulating, and undetectable by metal detectors (50% lighter). The closed-shoe construction that is heat-sealed guarantees superior insulation over traditional open linings and all the materials used for this kind of construction, including the leather, are tested to ensure maximum resistance to water and minimum skid.
