In the calendar of international trade fairs, one of the essential appointments that cannot be missed is the one with the brands, new trends and events of GDSGlobal Destination for Shoes&Accessories – , which will be held from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th February 2017, with the presentation of the new collections for the Autumn/Winter 2017-2018 season.

The three lifestyle worlds of the event (HIGHSTREET, STUDIO and POP UP), just like the representative portfolio of the collections presented, and the GDS trend program, will once again offer a platform of inspirations and important information to professional visitors.

In the Highstreet world, once again at this edition noted brands will be featured like Birkenstock, Jack & Jones, Only, Pieces, Selected and Vero Moda, GantFootwear, Kangaroos, Kappa, Napapijri Footwear, Pikolinos and Skechers, Buffalo, Bullboxer and Vagabond.

The panorama of international brands will be completed among others by Almaen Pena, Bellò, Brunate, BrunoPremi, D’Acquasparta, Gabriele, GalizioTorresi, Högl, Liu Jo, Maripé, Melvin & Hamilton, Nero Giardini, Nicola Benson, Noclaim and Peter Kaiser. Even Spain will have a healthy representation at the fair with brands like Hispanitas, Kanna, Unisa and Wonders.

In the Comfort segment, important traditional brands will present their latest models: from FinnComfort to Ganter/Hassia; from Giesswein to Haflinger; and from Jomos to Waldläufer and Wolky.

Especially important will be the Kids segment in Hall 3, featuring footwear brands for children like Bisgaard, Clic!,Ecco Kids, Falcotto, Lurchi, Naturino, Primigi and Ricosta, Bellybutton, Bundgaard, Gallucci, IKKS, Kavat, MAÁ, Pinocchio, Pololo, Richter, Shoesme, Viking, and Vingino Footwear. The French group Royer will exhibit in the Kids segment with Aster-Mod8, Kickers Kids and Nobeez. Moreover, outside the Kids area, will be presented additional kids collections, like those, for example, in the STUDIO segment, which will feature Moschino Kids, Polo Ralph Lauren Kids and Steiff (Tonino Capurro).

In the POP UP segment, dedicated to brands that define a Street Style, will be included the following brands: 727 Cycleur de Luxe, A.S. 98, Blackstone, Blundstone, Brako, British Knights, Dkode, Dr. Martens, Fila, HUB Footwear, Hummel, L.A. Gear, Lilimill, Loint’s of Holland, Moonah Boots, Nobrand, Palladium, Panama Jack, Project del Ray, Sendra Boots, Superga and Wednesday Whiskey.

Last, but not least, in the exclusive Studio World segment, GDS will reunite brands that propose high quality artisanal collections that define the latest trends, including especially Aquatalia Calpierre, Donna Carolina, Elia Maurizi, Ernesto Dolani, Giorgio 1958, Gravati, La Martina, Moma, Patricia Pepe and Officine Creative. From Spain: Chie Mihara, Gadea, Lola Cruz, RAS, Pretty Ballerinas, Pertini and Zinda. For men’s: Alexander Hotto, Camerlengo, Floris van Bommel and Franceschetti.

Footwear trends will be the focal point of the GDS program of events, with installations, seminars, and inside looks at them.

Moreover, the fair will provide a permanent showcase for exhibitors that is active 365 days a year, with “GDS 365 – Digital Marketplace”, a project realized in cooperation with the Berlin company, “We Want Shoes”, offering an innovative platform of B2B E-Commerce for the electronic sale of shoes and accessories
