Francal celebrates its 50th edition by presenting a fair in line with the changes in global retail and preparing a series of innovations that will make the event more exciting than ever before.
The first of these regards the layout: the fair’s itinerary will be inspired by the most innovative malls worldwide, with stands set up like stores: an ideal setting for conducting business and viewing the new Summer 2019 collections of shoes and accessories, which are aligned with the main transformations taking place in international retail, allowing retailers the chance to benefit from an innovative and complete fair experience.
Thus, Francal will kick off the most important season on the agenda of Brazilian fashion by offering, alongside the product, inspirations and updates, “new ideas, languages, and movements”, which can be transmitted by retailers to their stores. Dedicated talks will be entrusted to fashion and business specialists in the industry, as the protagonists of a full agenda of meetings and seminars hosted by the Francal Forum. Among them, we will also find the renowned designer, Walter Rodriguez anticipating the inspirations of the season for the new selling season.
The innovative character of Francal’s 50th edition will immediately be perceived as soon as you enter the fair. In the accreditation hall, retailers and visitors will have the chance to consult digital panels with inspirations and references of colours, materials, concepts, and information on the Summer 2019 trends.
A set of Promenades follows the “Mall” concept, characterised by modern, visual merchandising facilities, visual references for 2019 Summer fashion, and Totems with the virtual exhibition of the collections on show.
The last innovation of Francal will regard children’s footwear, as the protagonist of the new Francal Kids area, putting this footwear segment in the spotlight and increasing the opportunities for business at the fair.
The official celebrations of Francal’s 50th edition will begin three months before the fair on 17 April, with an exceptional event organised at the Hotel Unique in São Paulo, which will also see the participation of brands that are protagonists of the show with a preview of the Summer 2019 collections.
