There are great expectations for the 58th edition of Aymod, the international fair of footwear due to be held in Istanbul from 4 to 7 October at the CNR Expo Yesikoy.  After a record turnout of foreign buyers at the last edition (1,866 presences out of a total of 17 thousand visitors), Aymod in fact expects to register even more professional visitors at the appointment dedicated to the presentation of the Spring-Summer 2018 collections, a season that is traditionally more dynamic for the Turkish market.  2

In terms of exhibitors, there will instead be around 500 companies and 1,000 Turkish and foreign companies, with names like Hammer Jack, Tergan, Twigy, Cabani, Dunlop, Ricardo Colli, MCP, Scooter, Conteyner, Euromar, Lapinta, Devran, Inuovo Lota, Ridge, Ilvi, Marcomen, Bulldozer, Darkweood, Topbas United, Ferudun Kundura, Poletto… and with participation from countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Brazil, England, the USA, Mexico, Thailand, Greece, Romania, India, Iran, Indonesia, Macedonia, Russia, and Ukraine… a turnout that guarantees the international scope of the event, while at the same time allowing professional visitors to get a more than in-depth look at the global fashion trends for the coming season.

As a geographical and commercial crossroads, Turkey represents a market of great interest for producers and distributors, and Aymod is undoubtedly the right platform for allowing exhibitors and visitors to come into contact with new markets and establish points of cooperation between different countries.
