Founded as a manufacturer of uppers in 1993, in Lac, Albania, in just a few years, the Alba Shoes Group became a point of reference for companies of international renown, like IG&Co., Geox, Zara, and Imac, with new production facilities soon opened in Tirana, Valona, and Corovode. Today, the company is one of the most important economic realities in Albania, not only for its uppers, but also for its complete production cycle of footwear that includes safety shoes in particular. In 2006, another company named Alba&n. was founded in Italy, thus becoming a bridgehead for the European and global market, with not only a commercial and logistics management team, but also a Research and Development department.
Among the company’s new products dedicated to the safety industry is included the New Evolution collection, with a dual density polyurethane sole, representing the upgrade of the already popular Challenge sole, an ALBA safety shoe bestseller. The elevated grip and overall performance of the sole have led to the launching of another project known as New Evolution Plus, which starting from the Evolution tread, proposes a more dynamic shape and a lighter weight design, thanks to the absence of a toe-cap.
Among the new projects on hand is the new Performer line, which unites sturdiness with the lightweight feel of an athletic shoe.
